Hey, let's talk now about a serious thing : MONEY !! Hotels are very expensive in Paris, especially in the center. But I've choosen to low the rent to enable you to come to France and live the parisian lifestyle at a very reasonable price.

- Per night : 90 euros

- For 1 week : 567 euros (- 10% on your stay offered)

- For 10 days : 765 euros (- 15% on your stay offered)

- For 2 weeks : 1008 euros (- 20% on your stay offered)



Deposit : I would really like to avoid "bad surprises", so I've decided to require a 20% deposit at your booking. Payment probably by Paypal, but we'll discuss about it together to make it convenient for you. I do count on your understanding.

Caution : As I leave my belongings at the place during your stay, I might ask you for a caution at your arrival.

Day of arrival : You can start your stay on anyday of the week, not necessarly on saturdays. I do this proposal in case you'd like to catch a cheaper flight in the middle of the week !
